• Print out order form
• Fill out the Billing/Shipping information completely
• Select the method of payment (Check/Money Order/Credit Card)
• If paying by credit card check the appropriate card type and add the credit card number, expiration date, and security code from your credit card. (VISA/MC/DISCOVER uses a 3-digit code from the back of your card. AMEX uses a 4 digit code located on the front of your credit card.
• Write the items you would like to order on the order form.(if item number is not visible from the product page simply add the item to your shopping cart to view the item number).
• Calculate item totals.
• Select desired shipping option and appropriate amount.
• Calculate order total.(Incomplete or incorrect order totals and /or information will not be processed. If paying by check a $30 returned check fee will be assessed for all checks returned due to insufficient funds).
