For items with a stock status of In Stock - shipping within 24 hours your will be shipped within 24 hours.
If the item you ordered is listed as On Backorder or
On Order this means that the item is on it's way from the manufacturer and
the item will be shipped within the number of days listed. If an item is listed as
out of stock then this item has not yet been ordered and it's arrival date is unknown.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is within 24 hours of being ready to ship.
Below are two(2) shipping maps for your convenience. One map displays
the shipping time from our warehouse in Ohio. The second map display
the delivery time for items drop shipped from one of our manufacturers.
Why do we drop ship some items?
The items we drop ship are oversized items generally weighing 10lbs or more. If we stocked them in our warehouse we
would have to charge a much higher rate than the flat rates listed above. All drop shipped are identified by the
stock status "This item ships directly from the manufacturer". This currently accounts for less than 1% of our inventory.
If you select Next Day, Second Day or 3 Day Air delivery for oversized items additional charges will apply. One of our associates
will contact you prior to processing your order.
We provide tracking information with all shipments, including USPS
priority Mail shipments. All UPS shipments may be tracked directly
from our online store. USPS
priority mail shipments can be tracked from the USPS
web site. A link is provide in all shipping confirmations.
