returns must be pre-approved by Outabounds Enterprises, Inc.
Items returned without
a return authorization will be rejected.
Our Holiday returns policy goes into effect on Nov 1st. All
Return Authorization requests must be made by Jan 25th. No exceptions can be made to this policy per the
Accounting Department.
A return for a refund must be made within 30 days
of purchase. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee..
No refunds will be granted for items returned in which have been
visibly mishandled and/ or damaged. All returned items will be shipped
prepaid by the customer.
Actual Shipping & Handling charges are deducted from all refunds..
The customer is responsible for actual shipping charges on exchanged items.
The are no returns allowed for items listed as a CLEARANCE SALE item.
Software Warranty & Replacements
No Returns will be allowed for software whose
seal has been broken unless the CD is defective. If
your Fore! Golf Scoretracker Software or disk fails within 90 Days
of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. To replace faulty
software, return the CD or diskettes directly to us. Include a copy
of your sales receipt, a note stating your computer type, and the
type of Media (Disk, CD) you need. More than 90 days after purchase,
you must also include a 10.00 U.S. replacement charge.
Scoretracker Refund Policy - You may receive a
full refund if done within 30 days of purchase as long as the software
has not been opened. Simply return the Scoretracker CD, User Manual
in new condition along with a copy of your receipt and a letter
of destruction stating that you have deleted the software from your
system.:
(There will be a $6.00 charge deducted
from your refund if the returned merchandise is not in re-sell-able
condition.)
